Service options are different for each program, but you have choices. For example:
Small Option Home (SOH)
You receive 24/7 support.
Independent Living Support (ILS)
You have more time for your own activities, and receive support based on your choices.
Shared Services (SS)
You receive our help collaborating with your many other support resources – beyond just medical needs.
