What you can expect from mcl

Step 1 – Inquiry

Step 2 – Referral

Then, we will refer you to the Disability Support Program (DSP). Once you are connected to the DSP, you will work with your assigned Care Coordinator to share your information with MCL so we can work to match you with the right supports.

Step 3 – Intake

Next, you’ll get to meet your new MCL team and together we’ll go over your Team Agreement.

Step 4 – Support Planning

After that, you’ll work with your MCL team to decide which services you would like to receive from MCL and start developing your support plan.

Step 5 – Participation

Once all your supports are in place, you can start enjoying your life in the community.
